Bob LaMonte founded PSR in 1979. Bob is one of the only sports representatives to have been a player, teacher, coach, agent, and author. His experience in these areas has shaped the foundation of PSR. Bob has mastered the art of negotiation, and is a true confidante. He has negotiated over $1,000,000,000 in professional sports contracts during his career, and truly demonstrates how to serve the needs of PSR’s clients. Bob gained first-hand experience of the pressure of athletics as a football player at the University of Santa Clara, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. Upon graduation, he taught at San Jose State University and earned a Master’s Degree in United States Diplomatic History/Labor History. After earning his Master’s Degree, he taught U.S. History and coached varsity football at Oak Grove High School in San Jose, California. Bob became a sports agent by representing one of his former high school students, Rich Campbell, as a first-round pick in the 1981 NFL Draft. That same year, Mike Holmgren also sought Bob’s advice regarding his career options. As this relationship developed, Bob represented Coach Holmgren in the National Football League as Head Coach Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks, and as President of the Cleveland Browns. Bob became involved in sports representation because he witnessed professionals being inundated with questionable offers and empty promises, and who were overworked and underpaid. Bob realized he could make a difference for clients who wanted results, and as such PSR has delivered the desired outcomes to its clients for decades.

Lynn LaMonte co-founded PSR in 1979 with Bob LaMonte, while pursuing post-graduate work at San Jose State University and raising the couple’s four children.

Lynn firmly understands the importance of ensuring that all aspects of our client's career and lifestyle run smoothly and efficiently. She orchestrates the administration of the full-scale management services provided by PSR, and she works closely with our team of highly-qualified corporate partners, including accountants, financial advisors, insurance brokers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.

In addition, PSR has trademarked the “Four Legs of the Investment Table,”® which is featured in our Annual Management Report that Lynn presents to clients who engage our full-scale management services.

Lynn also manages media, broadcasting, marketing, endorsement, licensing, and speaking opportunities for PSR’s clients.

Matt Baldwin works with Bob LaMonte on the representation of PSR clients, and with Lynn LaMonte on the management and marketing services provided to our clients.

Prior to joining PSR in 2010, Matt worked as the Senior Associate in the coaching division of IMG, and as Co-Director of the coaching division of CAA Sports. A member of the State Bar of Ohio and the State Bar of Minnesota, Matt is also on the Board of Advisors of the Center for Sport and the Law at the University of Baltimore-School of Law.

Matt has served as an expert witness for the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York in the matter of Cohane v. Greiner. He has performed speaking engagements at the University of Toledo-College of Law, the Pennsylvania State University-Dickinson School of Law, the University of Baltimore-School of Law, and the University of Nevada-Reno College of Business.

Matt received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo-College of Law in 2004, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Policy Studies from Rice University in 2000. At Rice, Matt was a four-year letterman, three-year starter and team captain for the varsity football team, and was named to the GTE Academic All-American team in 1999.

Misti Candreva-Martin has been a member of the PSR family since 1999. She provides valuable assistance and tireless work ethic to the management of PSR’s clients. Misti has widespread experience in servicing the needs of our clients, and is instrumental to the seamless daily operation of PSR.

As client specialist at PSR, Misti serves a direct role in the compilation of all phases of our client Annual Management Reports.  She is also responsible for organizing client tax information for our outside accounting firm, and producing monthly financial statements for PSR managed clients.

Misti is a notary public registered in the State of Nevada, and she possesses intricate knowledge of life (including annuity), homeowners, vehicle, and personal property insurance matters – from establishing policies to filing claims, and participation in underwriting of policies for our clients.

Misti has an extensive background in real estate and escrow services, and regularly uses her knowledge to assist PSR’s clients in both business and personal transactions, including the monitoring of real property taxes for several of our managed clients.

Jill Taddeo has worked with PSR, Inc., since 2009 as our managing bookkeeper and general business administrator. She assists PSR with corporate monetary management, client invoicing, production of all financial statements, and compilation of our Annual Management Reports.

Jill possesses over 20 years of experience in industry management, and over 13 years of business ownership. She provides invaluable service to PSR, and enables us to operate at our highest level of effectiveness.

Jill has an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from the California State University, Hayward.
